Trained in hatha-based yoga, practicing with Loredana will give you knowledge – both how the body responds to asanas (poses) or how your heart and soul might settle. Her yoga classes weave an authentic theme and coincide with movements to connect with thought-provoking, heart-filled messages and meditation practices.

During your free time you are welcome to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery by our pool and upper lounge area. Explore the kayaks or bikes or perhaps spend the afternoon lounging in a hammock with a good book. In the evening, enjoy delicious meals and then join around the campfire for s'mores.
