This full-day experience includes: Tranquil Essence (11:30 AM – 1:00 PM) Create your own calming aroma mist for stress relief and emotional balance using therapeutic essential oils and hydrosols. Serene Slumber (2:30 PM – 4:00 PM) Blend a personalized bedtime body lotion designed to support a restful night’s sleep and promote relaxation. In between, enjoy a serene break at Lungovita Beach Retreat—take in the lakefront views, grab a bite, or simply soak in the peace.
