Practitioner Stephanie Tramontozzi first experienced the healing benefits of Reiki over five years ago as a client looking to calm an overstimulated nervous system. She eventually trained with a Reiki Master with over 20 years of experience and found using energy to promote many types of healing to be an extraordinary privilege. In each session, time is set aside to share information you think is essential so that your experience is personalized and meets your needs. Wear comfortable clothing and arrive at your appointment 5 minutes before the scheduled time.

About Your Appointment Reiki sessions at Lungovita are provided by an independent practitioner. While Lungovita Beach Retreat offers the space, the services are solely delivered by the practitioner. Reiki is a hands-on energy technique to support relaxation and well-being. It is not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
