Lungovita is an adults only glamping retreat with a minimum age requirement of 18+.
Are pets allowed?
Lungovita welcomes all furry friends but asks that they do not disrupt the relaxing atmosphere we strive to maintain on the property. Guests must comply with our well-behaved pet policy, which includes remitting a one-time $30 pet fee at the time of booking. Pets must have current rabies vaccinations and remain on leash at all times. In cases where a pet's behaviour, such as persistent loud barking or aggressive actions, disturbs other guests' experience, the responsible party will be asked to promptly vacate the premises. Additionally, the responsible guest will be liable for 100% of the stay fee.

Meet our beloved full-time residents – the friendly cats of Lungovita. These curious felines roam the property, basking in the sun and napping in their favorite spots. They are also our unsung heroes, keeping the property free of rodents and pests.
While they add charm to our retreat, please note that they do not need to be fed by guests. Our groundskeeper, Zack, ensures they are well-fed and cared for.
How far a part is everything located?
All amenities and accommodations are located within 5 minutes of walking distance across the entire retreat. See map above for details:
What time is check-in/check-out and how do I check in?
Check In: Check-in at 4pm however, feel free to come take advantage of our various amenities until your accommodations are ready any time after 9AM!
Self-Check Out: We offer a standard self check-out time of 11am. We ask that all belongings are moved from your accommodation site at this time, a late check-out fee of $50 will apply given this time frame is not respected. This fee helps cover the costs associated with additional housekeeping and allows us to prepare the room for incoming guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a comfortable environment for everyone.
Instructions: You will receive a text message regarding check in instructions and your accommodation number one day prior to check in.

How can I check availability?
To check availability for each of our accommodations please visit our booking website and enter your dates - all available accommodations will automatically come up:
Full availability can be checked at the time of booking by selecting "View Our Entire Availability"
Someone purchased me a gift certificate, how can I apply it?
Gift certificates must be applied at the time of booking prior to your arrival. To apply a gift certificate you will need to give us a call at 226-935-9767.
How long can I access amenities?
All on site amenities are accessible at a first come first serve basis from 9AM - 9PM whether you are coming for the day or staying over night. All amenities are accessible at no additional cost with the exception of Thai Massages.
Is the water safe to drink?
We have multiple clean drinking water pumps and sinks located throughout the vicinity as well as a water cooler located inside of our main building for guest use.
Is there heat/electricity?
Our Geodesic Domes are fully equipped with heat, electricity & A/C. Our Forest view bell tents do not have any heat, electricity or A/C.
Are you open year round?
We are open year round and all amenities are available for use (Pool, Kayaks and Bikes weather permitting)
Are there bathrooms?
Our luxury bathrooms are open for use on the premises with multiple private showers/washrooms.
Is food provided?
There is no food available for purchase on site, we have propane BBQ's and limited provided cooking utensils as well as restaurant recommendations outlined on our Local Gems page!
Is firewood provided?
We have firewood available for purchase for $10/bundle . Firewood can be added when booking or purchased onsite via cash or e-transfer for [email protected] until 9pm.
Are life jackets provided?
We have life jackets available and must be worn during kayak outings.
What is the cancellation policy for regular bookings?
We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. Within 2-7 days of your check-in date we offer a 50% refund OR you can change the date of your reservation. Please note that if you choose to change the date of the reservation we will not be able to make any further changes such as cancelling/changing the second date chosen. If your reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of check in no refund is provided.
What is the cancellation policy if I am partaking in a retreat or special event?
For retreats and special events we offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the retreat date. Within 30 - 14 days of the retreat date we offer a 50% refund. Within 14 days of the retreat start date cancellations are non- refundable.
