Meet Carly, your lead facilitator for the weekend. Carly is a mother, yoga teacher, doula and energy worker. She has spent over a decade working in the wellness industry and is extremely passionate about helping others find a sense of wellbeing and peace from within. Carly believes in a holistic approach to healing that encompasses body, mind and soul. Through her international yoga retreats, weekly classes and online offerings Carly empowers her clients to live their most authentic lives and take ownership of their happiness. Her vision is to live in a world where people are empowered to be their most authentic selves and live in harmony with the natural environment. ​
