Embodied dance movement is an activity that explores sensory expression and cultivates feminine energy. It brings us into the present, amplifying sensations that align with authentic feelings and unique needs. Through experimentation, our dance practice becomes a playful learning ground for self-discovery.
Your Host Natasha Ramlall

Natasha is a people-loving introvert who geeks out on all things mind-body health. She spends much of her time coaching individuals in mind-body health and leading in person freestyle dance alchemy sessions to support the embodiment of dance, breathwork, energy hygiene and safe, authentic experiences of community and connection. Her offerings are supported by a Breath Coach certification from YogaBody Teachers College and a Dance Alchemy facilitation certification from Ficho Institute. In addition, she holds a dual-certification in Trauma-informed health and life coaching. Natasha believes our universe is truly magical and is optimistic about our collective potential to live better. She hopes in her small way to be able to contribute to this vision.
