Booking Policy: Day Passes are valid from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM on the date of visit. Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to be eligible for a refund. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive refund. Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival time and is subject to availability. Walk-in Day Passes are available on a first come, first served basis and are not guaranteed. Booking in advance is strongly recommended.
