Are day passes available?

Furry friends are allowed in our pet friendly 5M Geodesic Domes but asks that they do not disrupt the relaxing atmosphere we strive to maintain on the property. Guests must comply with our well-behaved pet policy, which includes remitting a one-time $50 pet fee at the time of booking. Pets must have current rabies vaccinations and remain on leash at all times. In cases where a pet's behaviour, such as persistent loud barking or aggressive actions, disturbs other guests' experience, the responsible party will be asked to promptly vacate the premises. Additionally, the responsible guest will be liable for 100% of the stay fee.​

Someone purchased me a gift certificate, how can I redeem it?

Gift certificates must be applied at the time of booking prior to your arrival. To apply a gift certificate you will need to give us a call at 226-935-9767.

Can I use a gift certificate towards a wellness service or firewood?

Yes, you now can apply your gift certificate towards any massages and to purchase firewood.

What is the cancellation policy if I am partaking in a retreat or special event?

For retreats and special events we offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the retreat date. Within 30 - 14 days of the retreat date we offer a 50% refund. Within 14 days of the retreat start date cancellations are non- refundable.

What is the cancellation policy for regular bookings?

We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. Within 2-7 days of your check-in date we offer a 50% refund OR you can change the date of your reservation. Please note that if you choose to change the date of the reservation we will not be able to make any further changes such as cancelling/changing the second date chosen. If your reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of check in no refund is provided.

There is no food available for purchase on site, we have gas BBQ's and limited provided cooking utensils as well as restaurant recommendations outlined on our Local Gems page!

We are open year round and all amenities are available for use (Pool, Kayaks and Bikes weather permitting)

Am I required to book a minimum number of nights?

From May 1 to October 31, a 2-night minimum stay applies to Friday and Saturday bookings. Sunday nights on holiday weekends are also subject to a 2-night minimum. Thank you for your understanding
