Updated Booking Policy (Effective October 31, 2026)
Day Passes are valid from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM on the date of visit. All Day Pass purchases are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or unused portions of a Day Pass. Guests may reschedule their Day Pass reservation with a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to their scheduled arrival time. Rescheduled visits are subject to availability. Requests to reschedule made less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival time cannot be accommodated. Walk-in Day Passes are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed. Booking in advance is strongly recommended.

our slower winter season. The majority of this work is minimal and non-disruptive.
If any scheduled work is expected to impact your stay, we’ll contact you at least one week prior to arrival. You’re also always welcome to reach out to our team with any questions about your upcoming stay.
