Whether you're moving through a transition, feeling stuck, or simply seeking a deeper connection to yourself, this experience offers a soulful reset. You don’t need to be “spiritual” or “creative” — just curious. Come as you are. Leave with something tangible, meaningful, and uniquely yours. Overview of your day: 12:30–1:00 PM – Welcome & Set-Up Arrive early to set up bracelet stations and essential oil displays. Welcome guests with tea or infused water. 1:00–1:15 PM – Opening Circle & Intention Meditation Short welcome + share the “Why” of this workshop Grounding meditation & breathwork Prompt: “What do you want to feel?” 1:15–1:30 PM – Ask. Believe. Receive. Introduce the concept of Power Feelings vs goals Mini talk: “How energy(state), mood, intention & chakra balance play a role in how we show up” 1:30–1:45 PM – Power Feeling Exploration Mood | Colour | Crystal | Oil exploration (bring out the chart + samples) 1:45–2:30 PM – Bracelet Creation Time Select crystals and colours Add charms, spacers, lava bead for oil Quiet time with music + guidance as needed Card insert for “My Intention” writing 2:30–2:45 PM – Essential Oils & Chakra Overview 7 chakra cheat sheet Pair oils to their bracelet/lava bead 2:45–3:15 PM – Group Share + Bracelet Activation Ritual Invite participants to share (optional) “Create it.
