This one day retreat is designed to guide you through a full body and mind reset and help restore the nervous system through holistic practices.
You will flow through a calming slow morning yoga practice, ground through an earthing ceremony, breathe in the fresh smells of the outdoors, while enjoying an afternoon of spa features.
You will experience a meditative Sound bath. The day is designed to ignite your own quest for self care and personal wellness.

11:00 AM Slow Flow Yoga Stretch and Grounding (30minutes)
12:00 PM Lunch & Learn - Holistic Nutritionist
